  • Once services have been rendered and payment has been received, refunds will not be issued for any reason, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement signed by both parties.
  • We believe in the value of our services and stand behind the expertise of our consultants. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on completed work or consulting hours utilized.
  1. Scope of Services:
  • Prior to initiating any consulting engagement, we provide detailed information regarding the scope of services, objectives, and expected outcomes. It is the responsibility of the client to review this information and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
  1. Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients are expected to actively participate in the consulting process, provide necessary information and resources, and communicate any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Failure to fulfill client responsibilities may impact the effectiveness and outcomes of the consulting engagement, but will not warrant a refund of fees paid.
  1. Dispute Resolution:
  • In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of services, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue.
  • If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue further recourse as outlined in the terms of the consulting agreement.
  1. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this no refunds policy may be granted in rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of LogicsCo Solutions such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require written approval from authorized representatives.

  1. Modifications:
  • LogicsCo Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this fulfillment policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
